Nanolex Ceramic Coatings

Nanolex is a German manufacturer of car care detailing products founded in 2007, all of which are designed, tested and produced in Germany to their exacting and precise standards. Employing nanotechnology, Nanolex has engineered hydrophobic and oleophobic coatings for paint, alloys, trim and glass to become a trusted brand in the detailing community.

With German engineering comes advances in technology, Nanolex have introduced to the world the Si3D sealant range with the latest being Si3D Cerabide. Polysilazane based 'ceramic' coatings are an important part of Nanolex DNA and as always their aim has been to be ahead of the curve with a trendsetting product. Nanolex Si3D CERABIDE is a real revolution in this field because it is the first 3D Si carbide matrix reinforced with functionalized organic/inorganic hybrid solid particles. This advancement in product offers hydrophobicity with a constant contact angle of 105°+, scratch resistance like no other coating before and irreversible scratch-filling properties.

What's included:
 

• WASH - Whole vehicle safely washed including wheels, arches and paintwork.

• DECONTAMINATE - All exterior surfaces are decontaminated both chemically and mechanically using various tar and iron dissolving chemicals and a clay bar/mitt.

• PAINT INSPECTION / CLEANSE - A single stage machine polish is carried out, in preparation for the coatings. The paint is cleansed and levelled removing light defects.

• PROTECT - Nanolex Si3D Max applied to paintwork, plastics & glass.
