Terms & Conditions of Booking a Service
  1. On acceptance of the booking you will receive an email confirmation.

  2. We will perform the service(s) chosen by you and we will use all reasonable skill and care in performing the service

  3. In the event that we cannot complete the service on the designated day we will seek to contact you to arrange for the services to be completed on the soonest possible mutually convenient available day.

  4. A non refundable deposit of £35 for all services is required to secure a booking. An Ultimate Valet Perfekt has a £45.00 deposit.  Should you fail to keep or cancel confirmed booking with 48 hours prior notice to work being carried out you agree to surrender the deposit to us to cover loss of earnings for the days work to be carried out.

  5. If you cancel more than 48 hours before hand your deposit can be transferred to a new booking.

  6. Upon completion of the service, client will be asked to inspect the vehicle and confirm that they are satisfied. Full balance to be paid.

  7. Should for any reason the customer be unsatisfied with the completion of the service, the customer is required to detail the points to the operative in order that they can be rectified. In the event that the customer cannot be present at the completion of the service, such points should be detailed in writing with accompanying photographs and must be received and acknowledged by the Company  within 24 hours completion of the service.

  8. Upon completion of the service the customer will be asked to inspect the vehicle and confirm that no damage has occurred during the operation of the Company's service.

  9. Failure to make any such claims in the period specified above shall constitute unqualified acceptance of the service and waiver by the customer of all claims relating to this service.

  10. Old or non original paintwork can be damaged by the cleaning process. All such defects shall be indicated to us prior to commencing the valet.

  11. Child seat must be removed and re-fitted by you: we will not be able to re-fit seat under any circumstances by law.

  12. Older cars may have weaker plastics and we agree to provide the services totally at your risk in respect of vehicles over 4 years old.
